About the role

Responsibilities
- Interpreting design specifications and schematics to develop comprehensive test plans
- Using specialized test platforms and automation frameworks to validate RFIC performance
- Developing and maintaining test scripts in Python, MATLAB, or C++ to work seamlessly with embedded firmware
- Characterizing and optimizing RF performance across diverse operating conditions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive silicon bring-up, debug issues, and ensure product quality
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of validation methodologies and tools
Requirements
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong verification, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Hands-on experience bringing up and testing RFICs, including system integration, characterization, and optimization
- Proficiency in end-to-end RF measurements and block-level characterization
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with bench automation and scripting languages
- Familiarity with lab equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, phase noise analyzers, oscilloscopes, and DMMs
- Understanding of board schematics and layout; experience defining hardware board requirements for lab validation
- Experience with Digital Signal Processing verification
- Experience supporting ATE engineers and mass production
