Registered Nurse CVOR

A specialized Registered Nurse with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) is sought for a contract position in Taylorville, Illinois. This role is ideal for a skilled RN who thrives in a dynamic surgical environment, supporting complex cardiovascular procedures with precision and care.

• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular operations, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile techniques.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes during the surgical process.
• Maintain and prepare surgical instruments and equipment specific to cardiovascular procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless perioperative care.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in medical records.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instruments, procedures, and patient care protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced surgical setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
