Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems

• Be the SRE partner for cross-functional F1 ecosystem leaders and developers
• Maintain and grow F1 SRE's incident management and customer service culture
• Nurture engineering and leadership skills in their team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
• 3 years of experience with the design and implementation of distributed systems
• 3 years of experience with incident response
• 3 years of experience in production systems
• 3 years of experience in people management
