• Plan, design, and implement secure, scalable cloud-native solutions within the Operations environment
• Serve as a senior SME for AWS, providing guidance on best practices and architecture decisions
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams in cloud application architecture, development, and operational excellence
• Design and develop cloud-native applications, tooling, and enhancements
• Produce enterprise-level architectures for AWS deployments
• Drive continuous improvement and steady-state operations for cloud services supporting globally distributed solutions
• Coordinate across architecture, infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of secure, scalable solutions
• Define, document, and enforce security standards, procedures, and access controls to ensure integrity
• Own solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
• Strategize and provide a forward-looking perspective on emerging technologies and services

• 7+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years of hands-on software development in DevOps and build-to-manage environments
• Demonstrated AWS cloud experience
• Practical experience with deploying cloud-native apps and managing Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA)
