Responsibilities
- Provide interpretation and explanation of applicable state and federal employment laws, civil service rules, collective bargaining agreements, and agency policies and procedures.
- Review position changes for impacts to benefits and works with Payroll to determine eligibility and process for employee.
- Review and make decisions on employee-initiated Position Review Requests (PRR) and conduct desk audits as needed.
- Assist the agency’s Information Technology Professional Structure (ITPS) Coordinator, leading the review of positions in ITPS.
- Provide classification and compensation analytics to DOL leadership.
