Senior Manager, Elite Recruitment

The Senior Manager, Recruitment will play a key role in strengthening Chubb Life Vietnam’s recruitment engine by ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality agency candidates.

• Design and execute national and regional recruitment campaigns
• Coach recruiters
• Track recruitment funnel (lead to M0) and generate insights
• Partner with Training, Sales, and Digital teams

• 6–8 years in agency business
• Proven ability to work with Sales, Training, and Operations teams
• Comfortable analyzing recruitment funnel data, providing actionable recommendations
• Strong presentation, training, and coaching capability
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese for business communication
• Willing to adopt new methods, tools, and digital recruitment platforms

• Data-driven insights to improve conversion rates
• Professionalize recruiter skills
• Enforce governance standards and candidate qualification criteria
• Improve recruiter engagement and candidate experience
