Sr. Analyst, Deal Desk

FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Deal Desk team, focusing on portfolio-level strategy and operational improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers (Sales Strategy, Finance, Product Marketing, Legal) to continuously improve deal desk operations and automate workflow
• Facilitate internal reviews to gather input/feedback for process improvements
• Develop and refine deal model templates (Excel) and automation of input data (e.g., historical data pulls) to drive greater consistency and scalability across deal types
• Develop and publish playbooks and documentation for new deal types and market segments
• Define and standardize deal governance processes and support frameworks
• Drive the creation of a digital process for Deal Desk intake, prioritization, and assignment
• Lead our transformation into a more data-driven Deal Desk team, serving as the primary owner for all Deal Desk reporting, performance tracking, and insights

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in an analytical or operations role (internships or co-op experience welcome)
• Strong proficiency in Excel; and experience with Looker, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for process improvement
• Curiosity and a desire to understand how things work, with enthusiasm for continuous improvement
