About the role
The Juvenile Rehabilitation Counselor 2 (JRC2) supports adjudicated youth as they transition from institutional settings to community facilities
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and cognitive/behavioral treatment to youth
- Interview and administer/interpret screening tools and assessments
- Facilitate various groups and activities
- Prepare youth and their families for the transition back to the community
Requirements
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience
- Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field
