Responsibilities
- Grant application coordination and management
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings
- Represent the PDG B-5
- Facilitates the overall PDG B-5 work plan
- Track the overall PDG B-5 work plan
- Independently resolve daily issues
- Manage, prepare, and analyze contracts
- Draft, review, and support procurement and contract negotiations
- Compliance monitoring
- Communicate with contractors
- Research and collaborate with PDG team leads
- Resolve contract disputes
- Maintain detailed records of contract documents
Requirements
- A comparable combination of education and professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Finance, or Business
- One (1) year of professional experience with grant compliance and reporting
- OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Finance, or Business and one (1) year of professional experience with grant compliance and reporting
