Preschool Development Grant (PDG) Commerce Specialist 1 (CS1) - (NP) - Olympia

• Grant application coordination and management
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings
• Represent the PDG B-5
• Facilitates the overall PDG B-5 work plan
• Track the overall PDG B-5 work plan
• Independently resolve daily issues
• Manage, prepare, and analyze contracts
• Draft, review, and support procurement and contract negotiations
• Compliance monitoring
• Communicate with contractors
• Research and collaborate with PDG team leads
• Resolve contract disputes
• Maintain detailed records of contract documents

• A comparable combination of education and professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Finance, or Business
• One (1) year of professional experience with grant compliance and reporting
• OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Finance, or Business and one (1) year of professional experience with grant compliance and reporting
