Position Overview Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position near Lehighton, Pennsylvania for the 2025/2026 school year. This role is ideal for an educator who values teamwork, individualized instruction, and making a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with special needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Track and document student progress toward IEP goals Maintain an inclusive, positive, and structured classroom environment Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administrators Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License (required) Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience, education, and location) Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available 401(k) with employer matching How to Apply To apply, please send your updated resume to Nash.King@soliant.com or apply directly through this posting.
