Senior Claims Adjuster - Property - Chubb External Careers

• Accurately assess and evaluate a high volume of technically complex North American Property claims
• Effectively manage a high volume of claim files
• Investigate, analyse and apply policy coverage accurately to all assigned claims
• Negotiate and settle claims proactively in accordance with Lloyd’s/Company guidelines and best practices
• Identify complaints and recognise customer expressions of dissatisfaction
• Instruct, liaise with and manage external vendors
• Monitor the quality and cost of their services
• Ensure personal adherence and continually maintain and update own knowledge of CHUBB Policy and Procedures and regulatory authority requirements
• Maintain and develop both own technical knowledge and expertise, and CHUBB behavioural competencies
• Support, maintain and develop contact with key internal and external relationships
• Conduct regular peer audit reviews
• Undertake all other duties as reasonably required by Property Claims Team Manager

• ACII qualification (or progress toward) is preferred but not essential
• In-depth knowledge of property claims management
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
