Agency Sales Lead, Large Customer Sales

Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
- Partner with specialist and technical teams to drive business and data transformation at the agencies including building media buying and planning capabilities and revenue opportunities.
- Build and foster long-term C-Level relationships with decision makers to be able to build and carry out long-term digital strategies and optimize their advertising investments.
- Partner with sales pods on the opportunity and work together to drive product adoption and growth.
- Develop and manage strategy for Joint Business Plans (JBPs) across various Google products, services, and channels, working in partnership with multiple Google sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
