About the role
Provide administrative and programmatic support to the CompHealth People & Culture team
Responsibilities
- Serve as Program Coordinator for the CompHealth Recognition Program
- Lead coordination of community impact events
- Provide administrative support for employee feedback and listening initiatives
- Produce and manage CompHealth People social media content
- Plan and coordinate divisional events
- Support teams and leaders across the division
- Conduct research and data analysis
- Manage and maintain the Culture inbox and calendar
- Meet with employees across the organization
- Support the Culture team with administrative functions
