About the role

Provide administrative and programmatic support to the CompHealth People & Culture team

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Program Coordinator for the CompHealth Recognition Program
  • Lead coordination of community impact events
  • Provide administrative support for employee feedback and listening initiatives
  • Produce and manage CompHealth People social media content
  • Plan and coordinate divisional events
  • Support teams and leaders across the division
  • Conduct research and data analysis
  • Manage and maintain the Culture inbox and calendar
  • Meet with employees across the organization
  • Support the Culture team with administrative functions
