Senior Associate, Recruiter

Capital One is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for Capital One.

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process
• Source stellar candidates
• Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting OR 2 years of experience in Human Resources OR 2 years of client consulting experience, OR a combination of the three
