Technical Program Manager (Spectrum), AWS Aerospace Solutions

• Own the global spectrum strategy and execution for service expansion and customer adoption
• Plan and coordinate the international spectrum licensing mechanisms for the AWS GS team
• Design, build, and own reports on key metrics that provide leadership with insights into spectrum licensing activities
• Articulate a plan with expected deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process to meet service readiness objectives
• Work with AWS Legal and public policy to determine appropriate country-by-country actions to receive approval to operate with our customers
• Develop a strategy to engage specific countries to shape regulatory environments for favorable outcomes
• Own the global infrastructure strategy and execution for service expansion
• Coordinate new infrastructure efforts for Aerospace Edge Solutions
• Write and deliver regular cadence executive-level presentation against objectives
• Perform business analysis on spectrum and infrastructure (products/services, processes, systems and new regions)
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process to meet program objectives

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
