As a pivotal member of the Chubb Multinational team, the AVP, Underwriter will play a crucial role in driving the profitability and growth of our international casualty programs tailored for U.S. multinational companies and organizations.

• Business Development & Broker Management
• Territory Management
• Account Targeting

• Maintain and Grow Strong Broker and Client Relationships
• Understand and Manage Risk
• Identify opportunities to provide innovative solutions

• College degree in insurance, business or related fields or equivalent experience
• At least 5+ years of commercial casualty experience, preferably international casualty and/or underwriting of Fortune 1000 companies
