About the role

Manage registrations, adjust reserves, and enter payments and other transactions into the company’s systems. Oversee incoming mail, including claim submissions and departmental emails, to ensure adherence to claim servicing standards and standard operating procedures (SOP). Print reports, ensure necessary actions are taken, and maintain proper filing practices. Act as coordinator for sending physical letters, checks, payments, and providing any additional assistance required. Respond to simple inquiries and feedback from customers, brokers, service providers, etc. Handle straightforward claims processing. Address any other administrative tasks as assigned by the department.
