Talent Management Program Manager

We are seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to drive operational excellence, integration, and continuous improvement across Apple’s talent management portfolio

• Deliver excellence and create readiness across our talent management products, experiences, and programs
• Collaborate within the talent management team and across key partners to support the creation of seamless and uniquely Apple, talent products and experiences
• Analyze, evaluate, and improve workflows, processes, and practices to enhance outcomes
• Build and maintain partnerships with People Business Partners, the Center of Excellences, and key stakeholders to enable effective implementation of talent strategies in the business
• Use data to identify critical insights and translate findings into actionable improvements to advance talent and business objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of HR/People Operations experience with at least 2 years specializing in Talent Management (or a closely related field) leading programs for a business
• Proven program and project management expertise delivering enterprise initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated problems, structure ambiguity, and drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working with HR systems and people data and partnering with analytics teams to inform decisions
• Excellent written communication skills with a track record of crafting scalable documentation, keynote presentations, playbooks, and stakeholder updates
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
