Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Opportunity! New Grads Welcome! Do you have a passion for helping students find their voice and communicate with confidence? Join our team as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and make a meaningful impact every day!

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services for speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers & staff to integrate communication supports in the classroom
• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful communication goals
• Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children (school-based experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
