About the role
The Facilities Operations Manager leads daily operations and facilities management of eight buildings across our 36 acre headquarters campus in Burien and provides oversight to ensure standards are met at regional campuses across the state.
Responsibilities
- Apply strategic management principles to plan and manage projects
- Support a diverse group of professionals
- Serve as a mentor and trainer to peers
- Draft and review policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, state, and local city codes and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Project Management, or a related field
- Ten (10) years of progressively responsible senior level management experience
- At least five (5) years of supervisory experience
- Valid, unrestricted Washington State driver’s license
