• Providing technical professional level support for Information Technology (IT) Systems
• Making recommendations on strategic direction of customer services
• Managing and administrating over the PBX phone and AAMS (Avaya Aura Messaging Systems)
• Managing the deployment, management and maintenance of highly complex technology systems
• Ensuring the functionality of daily IT operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four (4) years of IT related training and experience
• Four (4) years of Information Technology experience in an enterprise environment
