Director of Strategic Program Management

The Director of Strategic Program Management supports the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) with management system processes and special projects across the strategy and institute/divisional service line teams.

• Supports strategic plan development for divisional service lines and senior leadership.
• Plans agendas for key meetings by collaborating with strategy and institute members.
• Provides research and data analytics for senior leadership's strategic reviews.
• Tracks commitments and project tasks, providing updates to the executive leader.
• Prepares briefs on decisions, analyzing options and business impacts.
• Oversees the preparation of written briefs on decisions for the executive and senior leadership team.
• Scans and seeks out role model organizational practices and processes from within and outside of health care industry.
• Develops communication strategies for major initiatives.
• Works with operational areas as a performance improvement advisor and drives specific initiatives.
• Facilitates and implements strategic initiatives prioritized by the Strategy Council and senior executives.

• Bachelors Degree
• 2 years of experience in a health care setting
• 2 years of leadership or project management experience
