Sr Manager, Project Management (Card Programs & Portfolio)

As a Senior Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.

• Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs
• Designing, developing, and managing project plans
• Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately
• Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills
• Partnering cross-functionally with project customers
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders
• Leading a team of project managers
• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills
• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management
• Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
• At least 1 Year of People Management experience
• At least 2 years of Jira experience
• At least 2 years of experience in managing end-of-life technology platform migrations
• At least 2 years of experience identifying, assessing, or mitigating vulnerabilities
