Xfinity Field Sales Professional

Job Summary: This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively
• Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
