Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive annual and long-term international workforce plans
- Build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team
- Partner with Technology and Product leadership to accurately forecast future talent demand
- Analyze internal and external talent supply to identify potential gaps and opportunities
- Lead the effort to drive organizational processes that enable success
- Partner with communications resources to enhance our organizational brand
- Champion unpopular ideas, even with more senior leaders
- Able to get up to speed quickly on key topics and navigate the organization
- Drive organizational change and operational excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor with stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
- At least 5 years of people management experience
