Director, Chief of Staff (International Workforce Planning)

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional track record of building strong business partnerships, demonstrated success in critical thinking and problem solving, experience with complex analysis, and ability to balance critical priorities across a wide range of responsibilities.

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive annual and long-term international workforce plans
• Build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team
• Partner with Technology and Product leadership to accurately forecast future talent demand
• Analyze internal and external talent supply to identify potential gaps and opportunities
• Lead the effort to drive organizational processes that enable success
• Partner with communications resources to enhance our organizational brand
• Champion unpopular ideas, even with more senior leaders
• Able to get up to speed quickly on key topics and navigate the organization
• Drive organizational change and operational excellence
• Serve as a trusted advisor with stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
• At least 5 years of people management experience
