DSHS Fircrest – Developmental Disability Administrator

• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Fircrest policies, and interdisciplinary treatment plans
• Oversee and evaluate Active Treatment and short-term stay programs for ICF clients
• Supervise, hire, and support HPAs, recreation staff, and other ICF specialists
• Coordinate admissions and collaborate with field services, community vendors, and the Shoreline School District
• Develop and implement corrective action plans following audits and investigations
• Prepare reports, respond to inquiries, and monitor incident reports under the direction of the ICF Director
• Represent the ICF in treatment planning with outside providers and participate in facility-wide planning and management projects

• Ability to supervise, coach, train, schedule, and evaluate staff while fostering a collaborative work environment
• Knowledge of programs and treatment needs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Ability to assess client status, develop individualized care plans, and provide consultation and technical assistance to ensure service delivery
• Capacity to investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to support client safety and facility operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing professional reports and correspondence and engaging effectively with clients, staff, and external partners
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
