Juvenile Rehabilitation Intake Specialist (PS3) - Snoqualmie

The Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) is looking for an Intake Specialist to assist the Quality Assurance Program Specialist by managing and administering the Integrated Developmental Evaluation & Assessment (IDEA) and the Sexually Aggressive Vulnerable Youth Assessment (SAVY), and the Sexual Orientation, Gender, Identity, and Expression assessment (SOGIE) within Echo Glen Children's Center.

• Meet with youth face to face and conduct the IDEA assessment.
• Conduct SAVY and SOGIE assessments on all new intakes.
• Ensure assessment information is documented accurately and within the 72-hour time expectation.

• Six years of experience in the juvenile justice or social service field providing therapeutic or rehabilitation services with clients from diverse backgrounds who have complex needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, Mental Health, Healthcare Administration or a related field AND two years of experience in the juvenile justice or social service field providing therapeutic or rehabilitation services with clients from diverse backgrounds who have complex needs.
• Associates degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, Mental Health, Healthcare Administration or a related field AND four years of experience in the juvenile justice or social service field providing therapeutic or rehabilitation services with clients from diverse backgrounds who have complex needs.
