Responsibilities
- Develop and embed Sky’s strategic workforce plan aligned with the Long Range Plan.
- Support future skills and capability planning across the organisation.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Workforce team and People Directorate to deliver the People strategy.
- Translate data and insights into practical actions and compelling business cases.
- Assess the impact of process and system changes on organisational design and structure.
- Apply external best practices and innovations in workforce planning and org effectiveness.
- Present complex data in clear, actionable formats to support decision-making.
- Promote collaboration across Sky markets while respecting local differences.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through data and insight.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and data analytics, ideally in global organisations.
- Solid background in organisation development and effectiveness, with the ability to lead workstreams independently.
- Skilled in translating workforce insights into actionable People strategies and business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, including experience working with executive-level leaders.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of business strategy, performance drivers, KPIs, and financial principles.
- Able to translate complex people data into clear, business-relevant insights.
- Collaborative mindset with a “can-do” attitude and a drive for innovation.
- Proficient in analysing complex, confidential datasets.
- Experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Power Pivot.
- Skilled in data cleansing, validation, and visualisation.
