Trade Ops Finance and Services Manager

The Trade Ops Finance and Services Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for leading and supervising a medium sized unit of support employees, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to improve processes, interpret data, prepare reports, and minimize bank risk through ensuring adherence to audit and control policies.

• Open, amend and process all Trade related product processes and payments
• Solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operation
• Supervise the daily workflow for a medium Transaction Services Operations unit
• Solve unique transaction services issues/problems and recommend new work procedures
• Evaluate team performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions
• Ensure task quality of the team and solve issues based on information analysis
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
• Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguard Citigroup, its clients and assets
• Adhere to Policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency
• Effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
