Licensed Masters Social Worker

As our Social Worker at Chandler Regional Medical Center, you’ll perform social work assessments and interventions for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that integrate the medical, social, and resource issues that impact individual patients, families, and at-risk populations
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, case managers, nursing staff, county agencies, community resources, patients, and families

• 1-Year Post-MSW experience or Social Work internship in a clinical or medical setting
• LMSW license from the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Master's Degree from a School of Social work accredited by the Council of Social work Education
