• Current state RN license
• Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months
• Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days
• NIHSS Certification obtained within 90 days
