About the role

We are excited to welcome Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students!

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and assist in determining eligibility for speech-language services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the IEP team
  • Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collect data and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs in academic settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship and temporary licensure in the state of practice
  • Commitment to obtaining ASHA CCC-SLP certification upon completion of CFY
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and social success
