Supervisor, Operations

We're looking for a Supervisor, Operations to join our 3PL team in Shepherdsville, Kentucky! As a Supervisor, Operations you'll lead, coach, and develop a team of DC associates to meet our client KPI’s and achieve company goals.

• Promote and communicate the facility’s service vision emphasizing “patient first”
• Find new and better ways to drive growth and profitability and build the capability, structure and culture required for innovation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field, or equivalent experience, and typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including 1+ years experience in a leadership role
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement with fundamental understanding of change management
