Lead Full Stack Application Developer

The Lead Application Developer, Full Stack role will be responsible for leading the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs

• Oversee the process of analyzing system requirements
• Oversee and share perspective in the development, coding, integration, testing, and debugging of software applications
• Drive the creation of detailed and user-friendly documentation and procedures for the installation and maintenance of software
• Drive strategies to manage and facilitate collaboration and communication with various stakeholders
• Encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies and programming languages

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in software development
• Extensive hand-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Microservices using Java Spring Boot and knowledge of React JS
• Experience in designing and integrating API and Event-driven systems
• Hands on experience with Application Performance Management tools like Dynatrace (or similar)
• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby
• Expertise in software development tools such as Git or Jenkins
