DSHS WSH Recreation Therapist 2

• Assess clients with developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct therapeutic recreation interventions
• Evaluate individual's progress
• Maintain attendance for all programs
• Provide input regarding patient's progress
• Attend Evaluation and Treatment Conferences
• Assist with HMH Recreational Department sponsored events

• Graduated from an accredited Therapeutic Recreation program
• At least 18 months of professional therapeutic recreation experience
• CTR certification from the National Council of Therapeutic Recreation
• Registered with the Washington State Department of Health
