About the role

Deliver specialized speech and language therapy services to children aged 3-5 within an early childhood school setting. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct assessments and monitor child progress to ensure effective intervention outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school policies regarding therapy services. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.

Requirements

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Proven experience working with early intervention populations, particularly ages 3-5.
  • Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and familiarity with early childhood developmental milestones.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with families and school personnel.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a full caseload.
