School-Based SLP

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Redwood City, CA. This role begins ASAP and continues for the full 2025–2026 school year. The caseload will focus on K–8th grade students.

• Provide direct therapy to K–8 students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide case management

• Active California SLP license required
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants may be considered
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
