Special Education Teacher

Caseload: The position is split between two elementary schools- 4 days a week at one, and 1 day a week at the other. Current caseload is 15. Number of Positions: 1 Working in an Elementary resource room.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to provide inclusive learning opportunities.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to students and families.

• Valid Cali teaching license in Special Education (required).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
