LTC Pharmacy Tech

This contract to hire position focuses on long-term care pharmacy services, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

• Provide phone support by communicating with patients and physician office staff
• Resolve medication-related issues and coordinate medication deliveries
• Collect co-payments and answer patient questions promptly
• Triage incoming calls to appropriate departments utilizing first call resolution customer service methods

• Pharmacy Technician license valid in candidate’s state of residence
• Certification (PTCB) is a plus
• Experience in pharmacy technician roles, preferably with long-term care pharmacy background
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
