Manager, Project Management, Finance Product & Data Solutions

Capital One's Finance Product and Data Solutions (FPDS) organization is standing up a Program and Project Management team embedded within the FPDS Product organization. FPDS Product manages a portfolio of products that support Capital One's broader Finance organization and the enterprise at large, products that are transforming the way we do business and that support fundamental and business-critical capabilities.

• Plan, design, manage and execute strategic and tactical project plans
• Leverage analytical skills, problem-solving skills and sound judgment to drive projects
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
• Identify and implement ways to improve and streamline business processes
• Communicate efficiently and with excellent judgment to senior leaders and diverse groups

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management OR Product Management OR Program Management OR a combination
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile OR Waterfall Or Hybrid methodologies OR a combination
