Paraprofessional

This opportunity offers a full-semester paraprofessional role supporting an individual student in an elementary school setting. The position is designed for those passionate about mased diffking a focuerence through one-on-one instruction, helping a student who has been homeschooled and requires targeted academic support.

• Provide individualized educational assistance to one student with low academic skills.
• Support the student’s daily learning activities and help implement tailored instruction plans.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to ensure consistency and progress.
• Monitor and report on the student’s development and challenges.
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.

• Experience or interest in paraprofessional support within a school environment.
• Strong communication skills and patience working with students requiring individualized attention.
• Ability to follow guidance from certified teachers and adapt instruction methods as needed.
