JOB DESCRIPTION Details Department: Ascension Living Location: Remote with travel Salary: $193,037.00 - $260,600 per year Eligible for participation in the annual bonus program. Responsibilities Oversee and provide executive leadership to nursing organization. Responsible for the development of overall strategic nursing plan. Collaborate with hospital leadership and medical staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards for the nursing departments. Develop and implement a program to measure, assess and improve the quality of nursing care provided by the organization. Evaluate the function and structure of assigned areas to best determine the allocation and utilization of services and budgets appropriately according to strategic goals. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare.
