Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, US FED NATSEC

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey.

• Working with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption
• Advocating for customers through value realization, enablement, and governance
• Establishing and mature operating models to drive scale and long-term success
• Operating independently to keep up with varying demands
• Addressing key gaps to benefit both internally and externally with customers

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs
• 3+ years of customer-facing work
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
