Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Working with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption
- Advocating for customers through value realization, enablement, and governance
- Establishing and mature operating models to drive scale and long-term success
- Operating independently to keep up with varying demands
- Addressing key gaps to benefit both internally and externally with customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs
- 3+ years of customer-facing work
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
