Responsibilities
- Oversee AC2 staff 24/7 in a collective bargaining labor environment
- Direct staff to meet clients' health, safety, and treatment needs
- Create and maintain Individualized Instruction and Support Plans (IISP)
- Ensure clients live in safe, clean, and organized homes
- Manage medical appointments, personal finances, and health records
Requirements
- Ability to train, supervise, and provide effective, timely feedback to staff
- Comprehensive knowledge of client care, agency policies, workplace practices, human resource protocols, and collective bargaining agreements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
