Fiscal Analyst 3 (Accounts Payable)

Benefits, Questions, Description, Fiscal Analyst 3 Accounts Payable This recruitment is open on an internal only basis to current State employees of the Washington Military Department.

• Perform complex accounting transactions including general ledger (GL), reconciliations, creating journal vouchers (JVs), and reviewing and releasing payment batches.
• Provide escalated customer service regarding complex payments and transactions.
• Training and support to the Accounts Payable team, including drafting accounts payable policies and procedures.

• One year as a Fiscal Analyst 2, OR Three years of professional level accounting and/or auditing experience.
• College level education in accounting or related field will substitute for experience on a one year of experience is equivalent to two years of education.
