Campus Recruiter, New Grad RN - MI market

The campus recruiter will be the hands-on lead for the recruitment of current students as well as newly graduated individuals entering the workforce.

• Participate, as a subject matter expert and leader, in the development of a local strategy to ensure our campus recruitment results meet the needs of our patients and workforce
• Actively manage a requisition load and hire candidates into positions, including monthly and annual targets for hiring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in campus recruitment, specifically for nursing, is highly preferred
