• Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
• Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
• Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
• Take a role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Media Products organization
• Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Media Products’ suite of features

• Program or technical product management in software development
• 5+ years of program management and experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
• Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
• 2+ years of people management preferred
• Proven track record of shipping complex customer facing and backend projects under demanding timelines
• Built global products by collaborating across product, engineering, data sciences, analytics, design and other key stakeholders
• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
• Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
• Strong technical proficiency with program experience in Search and/or Recommendations preferred
• Experience working with a global team
• Strong ability to multi-task
• A/B testing experience
