Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a full-time temporary Human Resources Intern to join our Team in Houston, TX.

• Support the recruiting process including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing applicant correspondence
• Support a variety of ad hoc HR project initiatives within one or more of our HR specialist groups
• Coordinate activities and events throughout the Summer Internship Program
• Compile an annual Intern Booklet for our organization
• Assist with the internship program by partnering with schools and universities across the US
• Support process improvements for current HR processes and practices
• Gather and compile data to use analytics that support our objectives
• Assist in developing HR program/training materials
• Assist with HR file management and the migration of HR files to SharePoint

• Interns must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship/work experience is preferred
• Previous internship/work experience in Talent Acquisition, HRIS, OD or Change Management capacity would be considered an asset
