Per Diem 1:1 School Speech Language Pathologist

A rewarding opportunity is available for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support to a homebound K-12 student in Chicopee, MA. This position offers per diem work throughout the current school year (CSY), catering to flexible scheduling and meaningful impact through direct instructional support.

• Deliver speech and language therapy services 3 times per week, with 30-minute direct sessions tailored to the student's individualized needs.
• Provide 20 minutes per week of consultative services to collaborate with educators and caregivers.
• Support a 1:1 homebound student, ensuring consistent progress toward established therapy goals.
• Document therapy progress and adjust treatment plans as needed in alignment with best practices and student requirements.

• Valid Massachusetts license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with K-12 populations, particularly in school settings.
• Ability to provide individualized speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, educators, and service providers.
• Capability to work within a homebound instructional environment.
