Responsibilities
- perform voice and non-voice customer service and sales
- ensure timely update of customer interactions in CRM system
- maintain and improve quality results
- fulfill contact centre expectations
- provide high levels of service delivery
- resolve customers' problems and feedback
- promote/cross-sell company's products and services
- maintain positive and professional working relationship
- assist ad hoc initiatives and projects
- contribute to Continual Improvement in Operations, Customer Journey, and Customer Experience
Requirements
- excellent telephone etiquette
- resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, self-directed and motivated
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- fluent in oral and written English
- problem solving
- customer service orientation
- relevant customer service experience in contact center environment
- bilingual in English and Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin or Tamil
