Responsibilities

  • perform voice and non-voice customer service and sales
  • ensure timely update of customer interactions in CRM system
  • maintain and improve quality results
  • fulfill contact centre expectations
  • provide high levels of service delivery
  • resolve customers' problems and feedback
  • promote/cross-sell company's products and services
  • maintain positive and professional working relationship
  • assist ad hoc initiatives and projects
  • contribute to Continual Improvement in Operations, Customer Journey, and Customer Experience

Requirements

  • excellent telephone etiquette
  • resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, self-directed and motivated
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • fluent in oral and written English
  • problem solving
  • customer service orientation
  • relevant customer service experience in contact center environment
  • bilingual in English and Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin or Tamil
